“Windrush” is one of approximately 85 Trumpy motor yachts still in existence today. Approximately 250 of these elegant, classic wooden yachts were built between the early 1900's and 1972.  Most notable of these is the "Sequoia", the former Presidential yacht used by Chief Executives from Roosevelt to Carter. The Trumpy yachts built from 1947 on were built in Annapolis, MD, Windrush's home port. In the Summer, she is docked just three blocks from where she was built and launched in 1966.
